I'm away down the country today, to spend new year with
my best sister, and her family.
I'm looking forward to it, I hate the drive, because I hate driving,
but I'm going and thats that, the two girls are coming, not under duress,
just they would rather not have the bother of getting into the car and not sleeping in
their own bed. My son is not coming, but I didnt expect him too,
he wants to hang with his buddies.

I have warned him his ass will be sorry if he messes the house when he
and his mates come back here jarred at god knows what time, so it will be
fingers crossed they behave. Luckily they are pretty good kids, so I'm happy enough
to leave them at it.

The advantage is my mam and dad live close by, so they will have beady eyes on them..

We will shop for dresses for the 21st party next week, whilst down in my sisters, there is a big shopping centre nearby, thank godness for the sales, they rock.

I'm going to be busy for the rest of the day, because I've been neglecting the house, over christmas, and I want to leave the place tidy, Its the mammy in me, like at night I hate to leave dishes in the sink, when I get up next morning they mock me, and my laziness.

So heres to the new year, I'm planning to embrace it, lets hope it hugs me back.

The Start

This blogging or posting or whatever is the cool term for it
is so addictive to me, Today, I closed the final chapter in his midlife my crisis,
and was gonna leave it for a while, then I thought I'll have a look at whats
involved in doing another one, and lo and behold here I am, new name, new chapter
lets go for it.
